I typically start with a complimentary phone consultation, where we can begin to determine if I might be a good fit for you as a therapist. We will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, my fees per weekly session, scheduling availability and any other questions you may have. If it feels like you would like to take the next step and meet in person, we can also schedule an initial session. There is no commitment necessary. If, for whatever reason, I am not able to meet your needs, I would be happy to provide you with alternate referrals.
